I have 90k on my 06,v6 4 runner.already dropped my front and rear diff. and t-case fluids,and changed plugs.Do I need to change my tranny fluid,fuel filter,timing chain, or else at this mileage?.Thanks for any input.

Tranny fluid is subjective--some people like to change it out at 60k, some at 100k, etc. Toyota says it's lifetime fluid unless you tow (which is BS, IMO). I would change it out now, especially if you tow. Maybe even drop the pan and clean the filter. Some say it's overkill though.

Toyota also says fuel filter is lifetime. I'll probably swap mine out for peace of mind around 100k.

Timing chain is good for 200k at least.

I would do a coolant flush around 100k as well. Depending on service history, I'd inspect brakes, p/s system and replace fluids as needed.
