Just got my new 2006 4 Runner and noticed right away that the passenger side mirror rattles when you close the door. I have been to my local Toyota dealer about this several times since my purchase just a couple weeks ago and it now seems we're at a dead end - they've taken it apart, ordered a new one and have even taken one off another 4Runner on the lot and it's still doing the same thing. It's excessive now and typically rattles only get worse as the car gets older. We tested several 4Runners on their lot and it seems that about half of those tested also rattle. Not sure if this is just a problem with the '06's but we've had several 4-Runners and never had this problem. Anyone else notice this also? Check yours!!! Hopefully enough people will also find they have this issue and prompt a TSB. Thanks
