Would like to install the 06+ projector headlights on my 05....without any gaps so it looks factory..........what do I need to accomplish this?? Any help apreciated!!
06+ headlight, grill bumper on 05??

It'll take a lot of hacking on the grille to get it to fit the 2003-05 bumper as the 2006+ bumper has a dip for the grille. But you'll have no gaps.
The 2006+ bumper won't work because there seam where it meets with the fender flare has a little dip rather than going straight across. Also the fender flares on the 2006+ is more bubbly and the arch opening is curved rather than more squarish on the 2003-05.
