06 Limited XREA/RAS suspension advice/help

Okay guys,

The last couple months I've noticed the ride on my Limited has been very sloppy and the truck has developed a very noticeable clunk sound over every bump. I'm suspecting the XREAS is shot, the truck has 170 000 kms on it.

This is my daily driver so I'm not looking for any real lift other than maybe trying to level the front a bit. I also have RAS and would like to keep it.

Any suggestions??

I should be fine with a spacer kit and Bilstein 4600 using the OEM coils in the front right?
I've heard that you must use a similar length shock in the rear as to not disrupt the RAS, will the 4600's be okay? I've read they may be too long but have no hard evidence.

Clunking could be your sway bar bushings or lca bushings, shocks, upper and or lower ball joints, inner and or outer tre's
Now is the time to service your entire front end

Most people, here on T4R.org, simply remove XREAS altogether, once it begins leaking (somewhere around 120k miles). Bilstein 5100's seem to be the most popular replacement for OEM shocks and I am running them on my Runner. However, when you replace your shocks, do not be surprised to find that your ball joints, UCA and LCA bushings, sway bar bushings and links are all SHOT. These are all inexpensive fixes if you do them yourself and when it's all done, you'll be shocked at how good your Runner handles compared to before.

my Xreas is fine in my 07 pushing 180,000 miles..i suspect other suspension problems as identified in previous posts..
