06 sport head liner rattle

When i close my door or someone else i get a rattle from the headliner behind the sunroof with the shade open or closed normal or not.

When i close my door or someone else i get a rattle from the headliner behind the sunroof with the shade open or closed normal or not.

Does it rattle only when a door is opened or shut or does it rattle as well when driving? Even if it is not normal it is very difficult to get Toyota to address issues related to rattles as there is a paragraph in the owners guide that says essentialy "normal" noise vibrations are not covered under warranty.

i noticed my 2004 sport is also having a rattle on the driver side of the headliner near the rear of the moonroof enclosure. i dunno if its the moonroof parts or the headliner itself ........

There is a TSB for the moonroof rattle in the 04...I would imagine it applies to the same thing with the 06. My 04 does it too.

ive been searchin but cant seem to find the tsb, do u have a link to it ?

I thought I was the only one...

03 limite with the samr exact noise. Anyone else with this? Is there a TSB?
