06 sport Toyotec lift? input needed

Whats going on guys, kinda new here and need some opinions about lift options with my 06 sport, having XREAS. I've been looking at the toyotec 3" front spacer and rear coils. If I dont disconnect the xreas, and have a good install should I be okay?

I just sent an inquiry for PN# FJ3-RCC which is the front spacer and rear coil 3" lift.

I was also looking at the PN# FJ3-FRCCC front and rear coils + front spacer 3" lift.

Chris at Toytec support, recommended the PN# FJ3-RCC if I were to keep XREAS.

However, his reasoning behind it was kind of odd:

He said "The XTREAS front shocks really are not designed to accommodate the heavier OME coils rates included in the FRCC kit"

From my understanding the XREAS shocks are connected front and back, so Im not sure what the difference is between the front and rear coils. If the front coils are too heavy and the front XREAS cannot accomodate them, wouldnt the rear be the same situation?

Yes you should be good I put the toytec ultimate in. You can put spacers in with XREAS it's just difficult because the shock has to stay connected to the car. The front shocks are coilovers the rears are not

it does seem like that would be the case. hmmm....Well then would you jut recommend spacers front and back?

It really depends on what you will be using the vehicle for. If you are going to be doing serious or frequent off-roading, I would consider a coil-over lift over a spacer lift. Spacer lifts can handle mild off roading, but are not designed for frequent or serious applications.

There are tons of threads here that can help you decide which best fits your desired level of use.

yeah I use in on the highway everyday, but coming duck and deer season it'll get some mud on it...no rock climbing here in nc. Just for a better stance and clearance, 285 nittos already in the garage!
