The mesh don't look bad at all, similar to what I'm thinking of doing actually...make sure that you use a heavy enough mesh though, as I've learned from experience that normal driving will put dents and holes in the thin stuff easier than you would think LOL.

It's thick aluminum mesh.

Doesn't seem to effect output of fog lamps.

And I wasn't sold on the eyelids so they are gone now.
Need to order some headlights instead.

I actually really like the main grille with the mesh that way, never seen it before, definitely unique.

Got the DTMoto black housing projectors delivered today...project for the day off tomorrow along with LED low beams and DRL/turn signals. The build quality on these lights is fantastic from initial inspection.

Nice, I like the mesh a lot on the main grille. How did you fit it? Have to take it apart to get the shape right?

I took measurements of inside opening of grille. Used a marker to mark where to fold. Folded mesh and left a decent amount of mesh outside of folds to secure it.
Then pushed in from front of grille and trimmed. It's not fully secure at this point. I bent the mesh over the back of the grille for a temporary hold. Will secure later. It's just a rough design at this moment other than fogs, those have a thick layer of epoxy holding them in place. They folded over inside edge as well.

Got any pics after the install? Liking the looks of that lights.
