07 Gas Mileage

Got an 07 in December and I have noticed that when I take my foot off the gas it seems like the truck is slowing down more than I would expect. I had a '96 and it did not do that. It is almost like the brakes are slightly activating. Anyone else notice this or have any suggestions? Thanks.

I have an 05 and noticed this from the get go. I'm guessing the calibration allows the torque converter to stay locked up within a speed range so it feels a bit like a manual transmission during decel.

It is normal but I still notice it after two years of driving.
