07 limited???

Im looking to get a 4x4 and wanted to new sr5 v6 4x4. The toyota dealership wouldn't go $27K out the door but they had a really recent trade that was an executives wifes car. 07 Limited v6 4x4 with 10,000 miles. They would go $28K Out the Door. But as im going through dealership forms an papers (NEVERENDING) I requseted a carfax and it has an accident report. the dealership ensured me it was only a bumper replacement. I will get all the body shop and insurance info on monday.

IF toyota certifies this vehicle, ANNND! it was only a bumper replacement. DO YOU guys think it would still be a good buy for $28K out the door. They told me they couldnt go lower; and I tried HARD to go lower.
What do you guys think?? vehicle is MINT
r should i just buy a new sr5 v6 for the same price.

i would go for the limited... it has a lot of options i wish i had on my sr5... although the sr5 is still a GREAT vehicle regardless

10,000 is NOTHING on a yota....

yeah the limited is sweet, I loved it!. But like i said before, my only hang up is the accident on its carfax FOREVER. Well see on monday what the bodyshop papers say. MY questioning is is it still a good deal at $28k with an accident. I will only buy it if its certified AND with the bodyshop and insurance info to back it. What a headache it is to buy a car. They only want to give me 17.5 for my 07 sr5 v6 2wd, and its showroom clean. that really hurts

Well, looks to me you should learn from your first mistake of not waiting for what you really want. If you buy the LTD that was wrecked, you will always know it was wrecked and it will be on your mind all the time. I dont care what they say but vehicles turned in with 10K miles were not turned in because they were good vehicles, especially in todays market where SUVs are not worth much in trade. Wait for what you want or you ar just going to be in the same situation again. Your trade situation sounds like a nightmare. You can get a SR5 with plenty of options. I got everything I wanted on mine, roof, leather wheel/shifter, tow package, mats etc for 4200 off MSRP plus 0.9%. Add the finance charge of the 07 Ltd and it will cost you more for a used car than a new one (unless you are paying cash for the entire amount)

Yeah your right! I love the vehicle but the fact that it has an accident report on its carfax KILLZ me. mind you this info wasnt disclosed till i was going throu the paperwork of buying it and stopped until i saw it a carfax. AND OMG! they ENSURED me it was only a bumper replacement. but i need to se the bodyshop forms. All i want is 4x4 and moon roof. I love the shadow mica, i own an 07 shad mica, but its 2wd. As far as financing Im not concerned. my only hang up is the accident.

My 08 SR5 I just recently bought is Shadow Mica. I love it too. Right now I think all new SR5s have the Extra Value Pkg discount going on. It gives you auto dimming mirrors, compass, leather steering wheel, leather shifter, steering wheel audio controls and moon roof. Its all a no price option package right now. Thats really all I wanted. Mine had a coupe other options like mats, sport pedals, spoiler and Valor exhaust tip. The MSRP on mine (4x4 V6) was like $32,8xx just to give you an idea. Hold out for EXACTLY what you want. You will be happier in the long run!

yeah totally! Thats what i was looking to buy, i cant find the shadow mice with a GRAY interior, only tan, but whatever. im tryinng to get them out the door at $27k and they wouldnt do it, they will do $28k. but man they want to give me crapolla on my 07!! Its really pissin me off. they wanna tell me my truck is worth on 13, but they'll give me 17,700 for it. I figured with the market where its at they would bend... BUT NOT TOYOTA!! Chevy will give 19,500. this is such a headache, but i want the T4R 4x4. its been a week long saga
