07 radio into an 03

I have a 2003 SR5 and was wondering if the MP3 capable radio from a 2007 would work. Thanks

Yes. In fact, this is usually a highly desirable mod as you can then get integrated satelight radio.

Easy if you are swaping out compariable units - say a single CD non-JBL head unit for the same. Requires completely different trim/AC panel if going single CD to 6 CD or vice versa. JBL unit has a rear mount amp and different wiring.
