07 SR5 Needs New Tires (Fitment)

I am set on an AT, and i am stuck between the terra grapplers and the Toyo Open Countrys. Heres the kicker, i had ordered a set of 265-70-17's but i just sold them today because i "ASSUMED" they wouldn't fit on a stock runner without a lift. Did i just make a huge mistake and loose my shipping money? Will the 265-70-17s fit good or should i stick with 265-65-17's?

by the way the OE Duler HT's have 57k on them the tread still looks good but the tire is worn out.

Yep. If you run stock rims there's no issues with 265/70/17's (except for minor upper control rubbing with the BFG A/T). If you run wheelspacers or different offset rims minor adjustments to the fender-liner may be required on the front. Another option would be a 255/75/17. Link in my sig.
