'08 4Runner front leveling kit?

I have a few questions to anyone who has bought front leveling blocks for a '08 SR5. Im just looking to level out the front and get rid of that raked look.
Ive been looking around and after measuring front and rear gaps from the center of the wheel im leaning towards 1.5 inch blocks.
Any suggestions?
Is it true that whatever size you get is it will double for the actual lift? I.E. 1.5 inch blocks = 3 inch lift
What brands have you used?

I dont know what your budget is but I would i just wanted to give you another option
You can get Bilstein 5100 front adjustable shocks for $200...
1. They are adjustable up to 2.5 inches
2. You will get a much better ride
3. If you happen to decide to get a lift in the future you can just use these shocks

Anyways, If that doesn't fit your budget then you can go with a topout or preload spacer. If the block is 1.5 inches then yes it will give you double that amount of lift(3 inches)

Supreme Suspension Spacers on ebay are cheap I dont know about quality though.

Don't you need to change the spring also to get the lift? Putting Bilstein 5100 with stock spring will not give you the lift right?

Yes, they will. Just need to set the perch height.

LOl They have three settings and you can use the stock springs

.85 inch lift
1.5 inch
and 2.5 inch

I just installed mine and I have no issues. Great fit. First side I did took a long time, I figured it out and the second side only took 45 minutes

Just installed a Toytec spacer lift on my 05. Pretty simple job.

If you're curious why you get twice as much lift as the spacer thickness, look up "motion ratios."

You convinced me... I just ordered a front set of 5100s for the SR5 instead of a daystar leveling option. My question is what size Toytec spacer I'll need for the rear to eliminate the rake at the 2.5" height setting on the bilsteins.

Also, will I need to mess with spacers with 265/70/16s or 265/70/17s? I don't think that's an issue, but I want to be sure...
