Which rear spring to go with?

I just picked up some 5100's and will setting the fronts at 1.75" with stock springs. I want to do a 1" lift in the rear. I'm leaning towards the Bilstein 1" lift but I tow a bit during the summer (~250lb tongue weight). I want to keep the rear at 1" for a level look. Should I go with a stiffer 1"spring in the rear? any recommendations on which brand? Eibachs?

Catch 22, if you make them much stiffer for towing then not as good as a daily. Had an identical challenge. Here's what I did and how it worked for towing.

Front: Bilstein 6112 set at 1.25"
Rear: Eibach Pro Lift giving 1" + Bilstein 5100s
Note: Eibach or Bilstein rears for same 1" were a horse apiece after talking to Shock Surplus. Both were theoretically 10% stiffer than stock

Daily Driver results: Much improved handling. Took out the corner lean and nosedive.
Towing results: Improved but you can't overcome a short wheelbase with suspension. Biggest difference was when the suspension only compressed one time not boing, boing, boing like stock. I replaced at 40k miles

Eibachs: Eibach Pro-Lift-Kit Rear Springs Kit E30-82-071-01-02
Sorry, don't remember the exact Bilstein B12

Only regret, not doing this sooner but sometimes it takes a while to find the cash.
