10w30 synthetic in my v8

I've never had to add any oil, even when I tried 0W20!

Lately I've been putting in whatever is in the garage, as long as it is close enough, to use it up. Last change I put in 5 quarts of 5W30, 1 quart of 5W20, and half a quart of 0W20. Don't mix different brands of oil.

Op, don't sweat it. Difference between 5w and 10w is about 15 degree apart and im talking about in the negative for cold start. So Cali is what 50 degree F the coldest?
