Sure. There's a welder at our other shop. I don't know if I can bring it over but I doubt it.

I don't think anyone NEEDS the welder. I think I am getting rock sliders, and they are only partially complete, so they need some welding. I don't think I will have them by the 3rd anyway, and I can probably find someone else to weld them if need be.

I got a new set of wheels & tires but I would like them switched to my current stock rims. How much will it cost to switch the tires onto my current rims? I would be up for the meet at the same time.

Well, since I already mounted the Magnaflow exhaust (LOVIN' IT!), I figured I better come up with something to work on, so I just bought the same CB radio Bobby has. Should arrive in time for the meet. Now I have to find an antenna. . . . .
 
Cobra CB on the way, antenna kit bought. Bobby, can you bring a soldering iron? I need to solder the CB antenna cable to the plug, once it is passed through the firewall.

Also, I will bring my Valor Exhaust tip, if anyone wants it.

And my second girlfriend (other than the 4Runner) will be coming too.

Lastly, who is coming? This is the list as far as I can tell . . . .

Yes, I can bring a soldering iron but I don't think you need one for the antenna cable.

Sounds like the usual suspects. Anyone else coming?

I have a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers in the shop (265/70-17) if anyone is interested. Special deal for this weekend. :D

I'll be at the shop around 8am so roll in when you can.

No, I'll be there Saturday. The H/Ts were fine last winter; I'll see how they do this winter. If they have to go, I wouldn't consider anything other then the REVOs.

Thanks for the good deal, Bobby, but I think I am going to wait and get Revos instead. I see some good reviews about the Nitto's but not nearly as many good write-ups as I do about the Revos.

Hey guys...see ya on Saturday. I'll probably be there around 10 or so. I don't have much to do on my truck, but it'll be fun anyway.

Hey Bobby...does drilling out the second antenna plug on the Scion HU help a lot? If it's worth it, I may do that on Saturday.

I need to change my cabin filter too. Probably fab one up out of a Filtrete filter like Greasefingers did.
 
The diversity antenna doesn't really do much except in fringe areas of FM reception and even then, not really a big deal but it's quick and easy.
 
Yeah...looks simple enough. I'll probably do it since I live in the black hole of radio reception. I'm pretty much half way between NYC and Philly so reception stinks at times. It's worth a shot and like you said...it's a simple mod.
