12volt Aux. Amp Rating?

Can someone confirm the amp rating for the front center console 12volt circuit, along with the rear truck circuit outlet?

My fuse keeps getting burned out everytime i plug in a cell phone battery charger. I have changed the fuse 3 times already. How can I fix this problem? And why does it keep on happening? It will work for a little while, a few days and then it goes out.

Have you tried another cigarette lighter charger or accessory? Does the fuses still blow?

Have you tried the charger in the 4Runner in another car? How are the fuses in the other car?

Just want to rule out the cigarette lighter charger as an item at fault. Some chargers have their own fuses, while most others do not. Even though they're very simple items, I've seen a good number of them go bad over the years.
