150,000 miles

just hit 150k miles here! anybody got a list of some sort that I can use as far as what maintenance actions I should preform? Did an oil change last weekend, man that filter was a pain in the ass because the last one got gorilla torqued on. And today I had my front brake pads replaced and the rotors resurfaced, the rear drums still have another 5k or so on them. The previous owner kept a pretty good maintenance record and as far as I can tell he did all the proper routine maintenance up until I bought it with 140k. The truck is running good and I want to keep it that way!

Here's what the Toyota site has as far as 120,000 miles. That's as high up as their service calculator would go.

I would check or replace any fluids that haven't been done in a while, diffs, tranny, coolant, lube the drive shaft

150k is just getting warmed up

I would not do a flush, a drain and fill seems to be a much safer option. A few quarts at a time with each oil change will slowly swap out most of the fluid.
