It really depends what is already done. It helps if you put some details of your truck in the signature so folks know what model and options you have.

I recommend you start here and peruse what maintenance you might be due for:

If the lower ball joints haven't been done, do those first with OEM parts.

It definitely depends on what's been done already. Without a doubt I'd be changing the LBJs and radiator. I would also inspect the valve covers for seepage.

150k sounds like a nice number for some fresh fluid in the TC, trans, and diffs.

Without knowing whats done I would say Timing belt kit, water pump, radiator, lower ball joints, front and rear diff fluids, spark plugs and wires.
