Im wondering if 16" or 17" pro comp steel wheels will fit on the 4runner. I have heard that they don't fit on the tacoma for some reason but didn't know if it was true or not.

What are the specifications for the wheels?
I.E. Back Spacing, offset, ect.

They'll fit if you don't have the big brakes. Oh, and expect to lose fuel mileage due to the weight.

How do I know if I have the big brakes or not.
I think between the cost of the wheels vs. a set of good looking alloys, any loss in fuel mileage will be a wash

Another option is to keep an eye on CL, I got a set of 17" FJC steel take off for $100.
Regarding the big brakes, if I am not mistaken, the Sport 4Runners have larger diameter brake disks.

That is an option but I am not a fan of stock steelies.

Need less back spacing and I don't want to spend a fortune on rimz that are just going to get beat on the trail
