16x7 vs 16x8 rims

I am new to post and want to say up front, this is one awesome forum...

I have a 99 4WD T4R with stock 6 spoke rims (16x7) and BFG Rugged Trails (265/70R16). I have an OME suspension package installed too. I want to get new rims that are listed as 16x8, probably AR, MB or Eagle. I plan to put on them Revos 265/70R16s.

The question I have is: How do I figure out how much more the tires will stick out with the extra 1" of rim width and different tires? Will I have any rubbing problems?

I don't know how to answer your question, but I can show you some pics of American Racing 16x8"s on an '04 T4R. I have Nitto 285s on them. I don't have any rubbing issues.
