Either way, definitely get them. They look great on my 4Runner!
About once a week or so a new set shows up on the fj forums (sometimes with tires, sometimes without).

I bought a used set pretty cheap from someone on the forums to replace my 16s; though I have yet to put them on.

My local dealer sells them for 90 bucks a pop because they chrome out fj and sell them with lift and bfg all the time.
