18" limited wheels for 17" sequoia

Thinking of dropping my 18" limited wheels with road tires for a set of 17" sequoia rims with BFG A/Ts. Separate deals but any real reason to keep the 18's and has anyone else put on the sequoia/tundra wheels? They are 25 vs 15 offset so the sequoias will stick out a bit more.
