Okay, so I finally got to do some off-roading this weekend, but it was in Eastern Washington (Desert), so no mud. Just sand and rocks.

Sorry, no pics, but these tires did great in the sand. Some of it was pretty deep and loose. I aired down a little bit before going over the rocks (I had previously aired up for towing) and I felt pretty safe on even the most jagged areas. I would say for most people, 60 series is still plenty of sidewall for most offroading. But less than that would be pusing it.

The biggest problem I encountered was minimal flex, due to rubbing. Gotta hurry up and get that lift!

I promise I will let you know once I get the chance to hit some mud / snow.

i love those rim, but i can never seem to find anyone that physically carrys the rim to see in person, or get the size i want (the factory 16)

What is the "Tramlining" thing he spoke about ?

I agree with Ron about the BFG's and hard riding. I only had this happen on one of my BFG trucks an it was a 99 Ford Explr. after 40K I had decent tread left but man the tire would knock you fillings loose. Did not have that on any of my bigger trucks that I noticed. I personally never run tire to that amount of milage. I'm already looking at my next set and I've only got 28k on the Revos. I always like the feel of having nice tread . I dont want to be squeezing another 5k miles out of a set of tires and have to be pulled out somewhere which could cost an arm and a leg .

It seems a lot are happy with the Nitto TG. , but a lot are happy with their Revos too. So muchb of tire performance has top due with conditions (especially in snow).

Not many GY SA's to get reviews from , damn nice looking tire.
