1962 jeep truck

I was given a jeep truck and I love that damn thing but I exploded the trani. It'll be about a grand to fix but I could get a few grand as is and I could use some money right now. What do you guys think I should do sell as is or keep it and use the money for a house and mods on the 4runner

Just from the little description you gave, it sounds like selling it and putting money into the 4Runner sounds like a good idea. I'm also basing that on MY idea that putting $1,000 into an older vehicle is likely money that you will never see come back when you need to sell it.

Well because it is a rare classic truck in good shape but my 4runner is also a 93... Thanks for your opinion might see what I can get for it on cl.
