Tail light wiring 
You can't see the hardtop, these can be hard to find in good condition.
Rear bumper is def not stock, which is why the lights are mounted like a jeep. Tail lights and backup lights are generally inset to the rear bumper.
Exhaust is something aftermarket, just make sure it is routed okay, they normally drop out the passenger side.
Front bumper looks tweaked in the frontal picture make sure it isn't a frame issue.
Seems a moderately premium price, check for bondo, painted over rust (usually pretty bad below the rear drop gate) other than body panel corrosion these things are pretty tough and not much to worry about.
I have been in a soft market for one for of these for last 20 years, I just haven't found one that jumps out to me. Hope it works out!

Thanks for the info. I'm not really looking for one, but this popped up and got me thinking.
I'd rather find a 1st gen 4R for 1/2 the price.
