i've tried a lot of cleaners to get the carpet in the back clean but nothing has worked HELP!!!!! WHAT DO I DO ABOUT IT

Its been 23 years in the TX sun! It's probably discolored from sun light. Depending on color you could redye it -- or replace it. The replacement carpet is a bit more luxurious too. If it is an off roader - get the old rubber matting instead of carpet or apply that bed liner stuff (LineX/Rhino).
