I tried to attach a 1.4 MB PDF with embedded photos for each step....but it was too large for the forum! The forum would not let me embed the photobucket-hosted images in my initial posting attempt either - told me it was too many images [sigh]....

So, hope this is good enough. If a mod is reading and can post the photos or the PDF for me (and break the rules), please PM me....I can email the file.
