What am I missing? That looks like a pretty good weld above the rear wheel arch. These days production body shops don't weld body panels, they use auto body adhesive to glue a new panel in. You are supposed to keep the body filler (Bondo or Rage) less than a nickel's thickness.
Why are you stripping the paint? Was it rattle canned? Aren't you worried about flash rust if you don't coat it immediately? I did a "field trip" to a body shop with my son yesterday to get paint estimates. A couple of the cars prepped for primer looked worse than that! I'd love to see a build up thread if you paint yours yourself.

the body is in pretty good shape the 1/4s were welded in poorly need colse to half inch of filler. I will fab new patch panels and tig weld them in,i am doing all work my self, will acid wash body when through stripping. i will post pics as i go with repairs. color will be black so everytheing will have to be staight
