1989 4Runner Need help!

Recently bought a pretty beat up 89 4runner from a guy that needed some quick cash has 170K miles on it it has a cracked radiator and blown head gasket Ive drained all the fluids oil/antifreeze/trans fluid. Ive already replaced the radiator my question is how many quarts of oil/ transmission fluid do i need to put back in this bad boy sorry for the noob question any help would be apprciated thanks!
