1990 4runner brakes grabbing

Hi there, My 4 wheel drive 4runners brakes are too touchy, I when I say touchy I mean If you Just barely apply pressure you almost drag the front bumper on the ground as well you also launch anything not bolted in place foward at mach 10 speed, Not what I was hoping when I Did the "Complete Brake Job" By This I mean.....New Master Cylinder, New Booster, New rotors and Pads, New Drums and Shoes, New Rear Spring Kit, New Rear Load Leveling Valve, And I flushed all lines, I also Pressure Bled The Complete System with Synthetic brake fliud, no air anywhere in the system, I also took it to a Toyota mechanic, and after two days of troubleshooting, diagnostics, test driving, and a $379 bill, I was told that NAPA Parts were not acceptable and this could be the problem, but no guarrantees. Can anyone PLEASE help me with this problem? I have no more ideas or patience left, and nothing left to change out.

How closely did you adjust the brake shoes in the drum? If overajusted, it will give you a pedal which is a little too high. If you adjust them back in, the drums will engage a little lower in the pedal travel, and give you a little softer brake response.

Also, make sure the load sensing proportioning valve is adjusted properly. It may cause the front brakes to do a disproportionate amount of the braking, causing nose dives and abrupt stopping.
