1990 engine oil leak

I'm a new member and a new owner of a 1990 3VZ-E. Great vehicle, but - the oil cooler has a leak and the shop said it would cost $700 from Toyota for a new one, plus labor on top of that.

Any suggestions about either how to fix it without replacing it? or where I can get an after-market or used one? Or can I just use JB Weld to fix it? I have a complete shop manual, so can fix/replace it myself.

I was told the only year they put it on 4 runners was 1990, but I see that other comments on the forum about other years.

Thanks for any help.
