looks clean fairly low mileage but buying a car on ebay scares me but that one seems clean a friend of mine bought a jeep jk unlimited 4door off ebay and it was a deal....can be hit or miss...Id try craigslist in your area or surrounding areas before you go spending your hard earned cash. make sure its a solid rig before you buy!

Price is high. Needs struts in the front and shocks and springs in the rear probably needs water pump and timing belt. May or may not have rust on the frame. IMO you can find way better deals
I bought my truck same year 5 speed 70k on rebuilt engine for 1400 has over twice the mileage but has less on the engine and got it for way less then half the price and its 100% rust free.

Your close to it, you might consider a drive down to look at, or inspect it. Having lived for a bit in the east coast, I would not trust any car that came out of the tri-state area. DMV's are as corrupt as they come. Check for flood and accident damage, run the vin at the dealer for recalls.
It looks like a nice clean 4runner, but the devil is in the details. Best of luck with it.
