1993 toy pu clicking then engine stopping

Hi Fellow Toyota PU owners
I posted yesterday about my 1993 toy pu motor almost quitting when I let out the clutch. Also I hear a click then motor quits. Well seems the problems are related. If I hit the clutch start cancel switch and making the light on the switch go on, both problems disappear. Never had to press this switch before. Somehow it's all related to the clutch start cancel circuit. Clutch pedal is contacting and appears to be closing the pedal switch. Now I notice the blinkers aren't working, lol.

Found out why blinkers didn't work

I had the dash off to change out the heater core. Forgot to connect the hazard switch upon reassembly. Clicking noise, stalling when letting out clutch is related to the clutch starter switch. Activating switch solves problem. Never had to do that before. But hey, it solved the problem!
