1993 Toyota bodies

I was wondering whether a '93 4runner and a '93 pickup have the same front fenders...they look very similar, and if they're cross-compatible, I will be ordering a fiberglass body for the pickup and putting it on my 4runner, as fiberglass fab companies don't have 4runner models

Yes.
2WD will work too, but they don't have the bigger flare like the 4WD do.
