1995 4 runner runs hot

my 1995 4 runner runs hot on me and when the air condition is on it will stop blowing cool air and I cut the fan off for a few min and turn the fan back on and it blows cool again for a little . I need help know one can seem to find the problem I have had new barings in the main fan and a themostate
