1995 4runner brakes sticking

Hello everyone, I can't figure it out. I can not drive this thing more than a mile without the front brakes appling. Seems like the front wheels are locking up. I am not a mechanic, about to take it to one tomorrow but don't want to get ripped off. Does anyone have similar problem?

It sounds like a master cylinder problem but I really can't understand how this is happening. Does it pull to one side or the other when this happens? Any screeching or other odd sounds?
