Will someone give me some help as to what might have caused the overheat. Whenever the SUV overheat, the radiator is boiling hot and spewing out all the antifreeze--even the side plastic tank is empty. Does anyone know what causes the overheat? I'm 100% sure the radiator did not leaked. I filled the radiator full plus half full on the side tank too and when I drove the SUV for about 30 minutes, the engine got really hot again and start spewing out the antifreeze. It's all over the front driver side wheel.

Change out your water pump and thermostat.
How do I do a pressure test? I'm almost 100% that the radiator has no leakage. It just that the coolant are spewing out from the bucket next to it when it the radiator is hot and boiling. Another thing is that the radiator is WAY too rusty. The coolant are not event liquid anymore. It looks like rust and partially gel like with rusts. Does this have anything to do with not cooling the engine?

Do you have a 4 or 6 cly?
Could be leaking in the engine.
An engine compression test would answer that. Or, is your exhaust blow white smoke at all?

I checked it with the dealer and my particle model is not in the recall. However, I did get the head gasket fixed. However, the radiator tank kept having some rusty looking slush or mode in there. Anyone know what could have caused this? I already have it flush out two times. I am thinking about replacing the radiator. Will this resolve the rusty looking slush in the radiator tank?

Just my guess sight unseen, but if this is still the original radiator, it could be falling apart inside -- without necessarily "leaking." -- That would explain the overheating and the "rusty looking radiator" Stick a long thin screwdriver (or similar) into you radiator -- does anything internal move around (it shouldn't).
My guess is you're looking at replacing the radiator...
