1995 4runner problem ! help!!!

i have posted this in different categories..... Ok, so I am thinking about trading my dirt bike for this 4runner, its a 1995 3.0 v6 auto. I went to go look at the 4runner today and its was in pretty good shape on the outside and interior...however, the engine had a miss and you had to put the pedal to the floor for it to go 20-30 mph... we only test drove it for maybe a few miles(due to dead end) but the guy said it gets power back after about 10 minutes of running. i don't know alot about 4runners so has anyone els fixed this problem? , i don't want to trade for a pos. please help me !

classics section is where this belongs but welcome to the forum! and it probably has a bad head gasket or the cold start injector is bad. you can pay a shop to take a look at it before you buy (or trade for) it. thats what i would recommend
