1995 4runner

Ok i have a 1995 4runner with the crappy 3.0. Its bored .20 and has ported and polished heads and head studs. The motor produces no power at all. And it dropped a valve and has a hole in piston #3. Would it benefit more to fix it or do a motor swap.

If you fix it you need to do have a machinist probably bore new holes and to replace all pistons
