Well, I just went out to change out the headlights on my 95 runner to a brighter set, when I realized the front bumper has been moved up and is now making it impossible to remove the headlight housing. I knew when I bought the truck that the front bumper didn't look right. I just didn't know at the time that changing the headlights was so labor intensive.
So, my question is, can the bumper be bent back down into the correct position, can I buy new mounting brackets, or do I have to buy a whole new bumper?
