1995 Tires Questions

I have a 1995 Toyota 4Runner with some 31's on it currently and after having this car for a year and winter is coming where I need to get new tires. I really would enjoy having bigger tires like 32's or 33's but what will fit without a full-blown lift kit. And what other options could i do, for exmaple body lift? Thanks in advance my fellow 4runner enthusiactics.
