Car: 1995 4runner SRS v6 Auto

About 3-5 months ago, the engine light of my car has came on. At first it'll show up, then disappear. But for the past month, it has been on period. It hasn't turned off since. Everything is working to me, shifting is great, speedometer works, etc. I bring it for a "free" inspection at Ammco, they said there are two errors, one is that the speedometer is not reading anything, but it does
. The other one was EGR, but they didn't know what it was.
Should I worry? Get it fixed? I'm planning to sell this car so any input would be nice!
