Yes, I was one of few people in the world to by the Stick version. Here are the vital stats on the truck
1996 4runner SR5 4x4
113,000 miles (i am the original owner, and I have all the maintenace records for anything that's been done to this truck)
stick (clutch has not been replaced but I don't expect to for another 50,000 miles since it still runs great)
Sanddune (silver)
Black mud guards with side step
new tires from costco less than 5000 miles on them
at about a 105,000 I had the following replaced
(timing belt, water pump, fuel filter, and things done in a major checkup)
(new shocks)
(also, had the rear and front axles fluid/oil replaced)
(gear box oil replace)
(I asked for all synthetic)
I did the front brakes myself (machined the rotars and new pad at 100,000 miles)
Power everything
sunroof
Leather interior
The rear springs were replaced at 100,000 too due to Toyota recall.
There is minor cosmetic damage on the front left bumper (from some idiot who cut over 3 lanes) and a large scratch on the rear right bumper where one of the parking attendant of the verizonwireless center scraped it against something.
Otherwise, the paint is in great shape.
After breaking in the engine at about 6,000 miles it's run on synthetic Mobil 1 all it's life until recently when I switch it to Amsoil.
It has an old six changer CD player that still works but the lcd screen is burnt out and the probably needs new speakers and wiring since they are just old. Lets see, it's had the official Toyota 30 and 60k maintenance (overall it's had the gearbox oil has been change 3 times in this vehicle, just call me a bit paraniod).
I live in houston, texas and though I am sad to part with my "baby" and I've taken very good care of her. I am getting a diesel car because I now need a car that gets much better gas mileage for my commutes to work.
I'm asking $7500 obo.
Email me at [email protected] if you have any questions about the car or would like to see it or have me send you pictures.
