Not sure if you can get one via torrent, but you can sign up with www.toyotaownersonline.com (Toyota sponsored site) and look up anything in the manual and it will spit out some pdf links.

Awesome. Ok I downloaded it and now its 1012 seperate pdf. files. How in the world do I merge them so I can print out one giant book?

Free minus the paper and ink to print off a ton of pages, not to mention the time. I would just drop $15 and get a new one from Toyota, well, I guess I wouldn't bother with that if I had a pdf already.

Let me think about this one....I bought one for my '99 in 2002. Can't quite remember how I got the Toyota contact information at the moment. I got the owner's manual and scheduled maintenance manual for under $20 shipped. This must be the one item they don't mark up 5,000%.

You can always look on ebay too. There is a 1999 manual bid at $8.49 right now.

Oh yeah, owners manual and repair manual are way different! The FSM is hundreds of pages long, and comes in two volumes.

Alrighty, think I just found it. Try their Materials Distribution Center at 800-622-2033 (M-F 7-5 Pacific Time).

I don't think anyone was talking repair manual here...maybe I got confused.
