1997 4Runner Squeaky noise

I have a 1997 Toyota 4runner and just recently have been dealing with a squeaky noise when I brake. I went and had Midas look at it and they said that my brakes are new, front and back - what could this noise be? It only happens when I brake in traffic or at a complete stop - stop signs drive thrus etc. I am pregnant and this noise is driving me crazy and people keep telling me its my brakes but its not! Please HELP ME!
