At 90K, I asume you have the V6, change the timing belt and water pump along with the other accesory belts if you havn't already. The tranny fluid if it hasn't been changed in 30-35K miles. Brakes only if they need to be. My first brake job on my 99 SR5 was at 52K when I took my truck in at 90K for the belts and water pump I was told the brakes still had plenty of pad left. I also got the plugs changed, My year 4 runner didn't have/need platnium plugs so that saved quite a bit. Also might get the fuel filter changed if it's never been done before. Asfar as costs it can vary I took mine to a small market yota dealership that quoted me much better prices then the larger city dealerships. The timing belt and waterpump ran me $530 plus another $60 for the accesory belts and $100 for the plugs. The quote I got for the brakes was $175 but didn't need it yet. Tranny service was $80 but had that done a few years ago.
