1997 vs. 2001 Rear Springs?

Any lift advantage between 97 and 01 springs? I know 99 is supposed to be about an inch, are 97 like that also?

99-00 has the tallest springs offered in 01-02 they have the shortest springs

Yes as Elton as stated the 01-02 4runners are considered the 'low rider' years. Your '97 springs should actually be slightly taller without the sag they tend to experience.

I have a 2000 4runner which apparently has the higher springs. I was thinking of adding a Sonoran Steel #7 lift which is supposed to add about 2" front and rear. I'm wondering now if it will add that much lift. Its a pricey mod so I dont want to spend the $$ if it wont end up being that dramatic. Anyone have a 2000 with a SS lift? If so, was it a big improvement?
