Yes they do. But its easier said than done. You will have to modify and drop the radiator, extend hoses and brake lines, and probably a bunch of small other things. I would not suggest it unless you know what you are getting in to. Check this thread: 3rd Gen 4Runner Lift Information and FAQ's I think it might help. Also this will help explain what is required to do a 3" body lift 4Crawler

I have a 98 and I have a 3 inch body lift and it's not bad at all..you don't have to extend any hoses or brake lines it's basically the same as doing a 2 inch

Someone just posted links for you to read... On a side note, please dont do a 3in body lift, its not very practical.

Honestly, those threads have what you need. Everyone is really nice here and willing to help if you need real, not rehashed advice. The Google search on the top right works much better than the in forum search tool.
If you were on TTORA, this would not have been a pleasant experience.

impractical actually. i'm agreed with the rest. go with a 1.5 inch body lift and work the rest with suspension.
