I want to build up my 98' 4runner limited. I am trying to figure out what a good moderate jeep trail/expedition build for Colorado would be. I have a family so i can't be crazy with this setup primarily due to cost and function. I want a vehicle i can take my family up to the mountains for the weekend with. I am thinking of starting with axles and suspension. I guess i don't know what some sensible goals for that type of build would be. Questions i have are things like; Solid front axle swap? Old Man Emu lift kit enough? Locking Diffs in the rear enough? Thoughts?
