FYI -
I wanted to show everyone what the original fuel filter on a 1998 Toyota 4Runner SR5 w/96,000 miles on it. Also, I've included a pic of my throttle body. Yes, I cleaned after taking the pictures. There was a lot of black gunk just past the butterfly mechanism too. I've ran a K&N FIPK since the truck was almost new and no other mod's really to speak of. The reason for all this was that during moderate acceleration on the highway or from a stop, the truck studderd a bit and was cutting out. Everything is working great now after I cleaned the TB and replaced the Fuel Filter. I have also notice better throttle response off the line. Nice, just like NEW! =)
